We had an amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with all the necessary amenities like wifi, fridge, and tea set. The hotel facilities were top-notch with helpful staff, onsen, and ski storage. The breakfast had a daily variation and was delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and the ski gondola. The staff was polite and attentive, and communicating in English was easy.

We spent 8 nights and will be back. Bathroom with a shower and slippers and bathtubs. The owner is amazing! Moreover, it had free parking for drivers.

Great location, just a short walk to the bus terminal for shuttle buses. The meals were excellent, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The tamami room was spacious and comfortable. The onsen facility was a nice surprise. highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast, it was different every day which was a great surprise. The hotel location was perfect, being only 5 minutes walking distance from the bus terminal. We could catch a shuttle to any of the ski resorts! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable.
The bathroom was outdated and could use some renovation. , there weren't many food options in the immediate area, and we had to travel to other villages to eat which could be expensive or a 2 km walk.

Super convenient location just a short walk to the bus terminals that took us to all the ski resorts we wanted to visit. The traditional Japanese meals were divine, and we loved having a spacious room with plenty of storage space, and even a drying room for our ski gear! Plus, the friendly and helpful staff really made us feel at home.
While the hotel was in a great location for skiing, we did find ourselves having to travel a bit for dinner options. It wasn't a huge deal, but it could be inconvenient at times.

We stayed at a hotel very close to a bus terminal, which was very handy when we had a lot of luggage to carry. The owners were friendly and helpful and lent us a fan when it was hot in our room. The breakfast and dinner were very delicious, superb quality and traditional Japanese style. The spacious and clean rooms had special ski gear storage facilities.
The noise from outside during the night disturbed our sleep.
